eGO CRM is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users of the various websites under its management. In this context, it has prepared this Privacy Policy to explain our privacy practices and the choices available regarding how your information is collected and used.
1) Data Controller
eGO CRM (hereinafter “eGO CRM”) is a brand of Janela Digital – Informática e Telecomunicações, S.A., with registered office at Rua da Criatividade Lote 6, Parque Tecnológico de Óbidos, 2500-216 Óbidos, Portugal, with corporate tax number (NIPC) 504512501 (hereinafter “Janela Digital”), and is the entity responsible for data processing.
2) What types of information are collected?
Personal identification information may be requested when a service is requested, communications are subscribed to, access is made to areas requiring registration, or other activities are carried out on the website.
We may collect and process the following information about you:
- Information such as name, telephone or mobile number, address, interests, marketing preferences, and any other personal information relevant to the services we provide. This information may be provided when you register interest, subscribe to our services, complete forms, or request information;
- Correspondence or other types of contact you may establish with us;
- Details of your visits to the website, including traffic data, web logs, or other communication data and the resources you use.
There is no obligation to provide personal information; this is the user’s decision. However, if you choose not to provide the requested personal information, you may be unable to complete the subscription to services or obtain materials available for download.
When visiting our websites, information such as IP address, domain name, among others, is collected. This information, together with the data provided, allows us to better personalize the user’s visit.
3) How is the collected information used?
eGO CRM will collect, record, store, and use your personal data in the following ways:
- To provide information about new products or services, product updates, commercial newsletters, SMS, informational emails, and surveys regarding future products or improvements;
- To make available special offers that may be of interest to the user;

- As a benchmark for the creation and improvement of products and services that meet user needs;

- To quickly find services or information about products important to the user.
In cases other than those mentioned above, we will only use the email address and mobile phone number to send direct marketing communications (by email, notifications, WhatsApp, SMS, or phone calls) if you have given your consent by selecting the relevant checkbox.
The user may, at any time, exercise their rights and contact us through our Contact Form.
4) How is personal information protected?
In order to ensure the security of your personal information, we have established a set of security measures and various levels of protection. Your personal information is stored on secure networks and is only accessible to a limited number of people who have special access rights and who undertake to respect and maintain the confidential nature of such information.
Notwithstanding these measures, whenever personal information is provided on the Internet there is always a risk that it may be intercepted and used by third parties beyond our control. Although we make every effort to protect your personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of information you provide via the Internet.
5) Who has access to your personal information and to what extent?
Your personal information is not sold or rented to third parties. From time to time, we may contact you on behalf of a business partner regarding a specific offer that may be of interest to you.
Other than companies within the Janela Digital group, and for the purposes described above, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties under any circumstances. You may at any time choose not to allow the sharing of your personal information with third parties. Such a request may be made through our contacts page or simply by email.
6) Who manages personal information?
Both our websites and the information collected are managed and controlled by Janela Digital. Janela Digital has its own server infrastructure located in mainland Portugal. We provide sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of your personal information, which is managed in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, as well as this privacy policy.
7) Communication and Marketing
eGO CRM communicates with users (by email, SMS, or other channels) for the following purposes:
- Marketing;
- Communications will only be sent if the user has given prior consent (where legally required) or if there is a pre-existing contractual relationship that legitimizes the sending of communications related to similar products or services;
- Support and Service Information;
- Communications that are strictly necessary (for example, maintenance or service changes) will be sent regardless of newsletter subscription, based on the legitimate interest of keeping the user informed about their account or any technical issues.
Users may at any time choose to cancel or modify their preferences for receiving marketing emails through our contacts page or simply by email.
8) Links
In order to improve the services offered, we may include links to partner websites. Each website has its own privacy statements, and it is recommended that you read them when using those websites.
9) How long will eGO CRM retain my personal data?
We will retain your data in our system for the time necessary for our activity or for the period specified in any contract entered into between eGO CRM and the user and/or while the user’s consent is maintained, as well as, where applicable, for the follow-up of possible legal liabilities.
10) API Terms
Customers may access their eGO account information through an API (Application Programming Interface). Any use of the API, including through a third-party product that accesses eGO, is subject to acceptance of the terms of this agreement together with the following specific terms:
You expressly understand and agree that eGO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if eGO has been advised of the possibility of such losses), resulting from the use of the API or third-party products that access data via the API.
Abuse or an excessive number of requests made to eGO via the API may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account’s access to the API. eGO will determine, at its sole discretion, whether use of the API is excessive or abusive. eGO will attempt to notify the account holder by email prior to suspension.
eGO reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, access to the API (or any part thereof) with or without prior notice.
11) Cookies
Janela Digital services use cookies. A cookie is a unique text file that a website sends to your browser software and allows a website to personalize the information presented to you based on your browsing preferences.
Mandatory cookies are used to store and maintain visitor information, allowing us to determine preferences, assist in completing forms, and collect performance indicators, origin, and access times to the website.
We may use cookies to personalize your pages or to “remember” you when you register products or services. If you do not wish us to install cookies on your browser, you may configure it to reject cookies. Rejecting cookies will affect your ability to use some of the services on our website.

What happens when you integrate your Google account with the eGO CRM software?
When you integrate your Google account with the eGO CRM software, we export relevant information to provide you with a better service experience.

What data do we receive when you integrate with your Google account?
The eGO CRM software receives the following data when integrated with your Google account:
Google User: we receive all your data as a Google user, including, among others, your first name, last name, email address, and/or telephone number.
Google Calendar: from your calendar, we import and export information about activities and events important to your business.
Contacts: we process the contacts you have in Google and in eGO CRM so that you can keep your customer contact list always synchronized.
YouTube: we process categories so that within the eGO CRM application you can choose the best place to upload property videos.

Who has access to your data when you integrate your Google account?
The recipients will be the account holder, Google, and eGO CRM solely as administrator-level users, acting in a supervisory role.
We will only import relevant information related to the integration with eGO CRM.

What happens to your data when you sign out of your Google account?
When you sign out, your user data is deleted so that the eGO CRM software can no longer access it, and synchronization with Google Calendar and tasks will cease. Imported information remains in the state of the last synchronization and may be deleted at any time within eGO CRM.
15) General Conditions
The user agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, without the written consent of eGO CRM.
eGO CRM may, but is not obliged to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that is deemed, according to our own criteria, illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise infringing or violating intellectual property.
Any verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retaliation) by a customer, employee, member, or officer of eGO CRM will result in immediate termination of the Account.
The user understands that the processing and technical transmission of the Service, including their Content, may be transmitted unencrypted and involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to conform to and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You may not upload, post, host, or send unsolicited “spam” emails, SMS messages, or other messages.
You may not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.

You expressly understand and agree that eGO CRM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss or damage, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if eGO CRM has been advised of the possibility of such losses), resulting from:
the use or inability to use the service;
the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased, messages received, or transactions entered into through or from the service;
unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
statements or conduct of any third party on the service;
or any other matter relating to the service.
The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Privacy Policy by eGO CRM shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
